Don't send your car to this workshop at all. They recommended me a aircon service package plus changing the aircon filter. It end up, My car aircon completely down, no cool, the air recirculation is not functioning. I sent my car to another car workshop and end up costly repair. I found out from Komoco management that the service advisor have to immediately cooped up a lot of cost due to this mistake made by their technician. I was taken for a ride by them. Beware.
The experience I had with komoco make me decide never own another hyundai again. Issue with my steering pad kept showing even at the first day of collection but went off after turning off and on the engine. Went for a second visit at the workshop investigating for the intermittent fault but service advisor and their technician could replicated the fault. Hence, no complaint and no mechanical action is taken. It happened again, and went to complaint again. Apparently they are unable to do anything as no fault code was recorded. Very very disappointing customer service.
Disappinted, last night office hours went over at 8pm was told that service will be on sunday but only monday night 0930pm I received the informations on my Vessel before driver reached cetre no one pick up my phone for ask location and already late to pick up the car ro 9pm on Monday only can be delivered by Tuesday at Charged price. I hope the service would be given in etst the night. Not like night pick up the car this night?
