Welcomed by friendly staff. It was a busy time but the staff gave assurance that we will be attended soon. Helpful service rendered by Vector and he had good product knowledge. He even helped to adjust my son current spec. Really appreciate his help. Thank you so much for the service. Highly recommended and 2 thumbs up !
Staffs are really active to help and friendly, while at the same time, make you feel comfortable looking around the shop at ease. It's great that there is even a warranty after purchasing a new pair of spectacles. It's my to-go optics shop at this moment. Highly recommended.
The service attitude is very good. The glasses bought three years ago is broken, but the store helps to repair instead of pushing you to buy new ones. I would also recommend others to buy their glasses.???????? …
