Was promised a mirror shine and glue back of some parts. They never glued back the flaps I asked for and the mirror shine was terribly done. The first time I rejected it because it cracked. The second time was worst. The third time I gave up. They just cover the cracks with more layers of polish. Had to redo it on my own.
Your response has missed the point altogether. I know your operating hours because I checked with you on the day itself when you texted that my shoes were ready for collection. But you closed earlier than what you informed me for that day. …
