It has been renovated and offers a wide range of fresh- imported products, seafood, meats, wines, oven-baked chicken, and seafood. Open daily from 09:00 - 22: 30. It has much more self-service check-out stations.
It’s not a first time (in past 1-1.5 years) when I observe in this and other Cold Storage locations presence of not fresh products. This time it was about mussels with a sticker saying packed 25.02, but stinky like it’s already few days …
Staff there just focused on putting items & didn't care customers at all. Even though I said "excuse me" several times, they didn't understand & said "ah!?" Super rude. …
I have been shopping at CS Fresh for a while now and I have always been satisfied with the freshness and quality of their products. They have a great selection of imported items and their seafood and meats are always fresh. The renovated store at Parkway Parade is spacious and well-organized. The self-service check-out stations are a convenient addition. I highly recommend CS Fresh.
I've noticed a decline in the freshness of the products at CS Fresh recently. I purchased mussels that were labeled with a packing date of 25th February, but they were already stinky and not fresh. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue at CS Fresh and other Cold Storage locations. Disappointing.
The staff at CS Fresh at Parkway Parade were so focused on restocking shelves that they ignored customers. I tried to get their attention by saying 'excuse me' multiple times, but they didn't even acknowledge me. It was really rude and unprofessional.
