called hq for assistance re membership problem. the customer service was very helpful and restored my account. he also explained fully membership benefits of which I have forgotten since I did not use it for a long time.
I ordered wet tissue I instrcuted them NOT to use food cardboard to pack them in the Memo, but the staff is sleeping on the job, still packed them with the food cardboard - really wanting to vomit BLOOD!
I came to your Suntec Branch to buy tableware. However, this store doesn’t have sufficient stock for me. I requested your staff to call other outlets to check whether they have stock but the reply was that 'we do not have such service'. This really is bad customer service.
