Doesnt approve flight cancellation claim, and the reason given was it not valid...and not due to any of the Specified Cause as stated under Section 10: Travel Delay. Baggage delay was not claimable as well... I wonder, why would our company paid for such a travel insurance...

Poor quality plans, unhelpful staff, very limited GP panels, cannot understand why some agencies are using this service.
