Receptionist has no empathy towards worried parents. Called in to see if we can go down to the clinic 1 hour before closing, however was just told to go to the hospital because they have limited slots left. It is okay for us since we were not in a serious condition but it would have been better if they had some empathy and provided appropriate guidance.
