Tried out their personalized beer service, hoping that it will be a good gift to our clients for an event. Reach out to them via email but the respond was quite slow as it is an urgent order, did requested for their direct contact but the response was still not prompt. However, the personalized beer turned out to be great and the clients were happy with it. Overall, it was a good experience.
