The process of transfering out position is extremely long. Longest I've seen compared to all other investment platforms. I called customer service and they mentioned it takes 4-6weeks for them to process. For banks and other platforms, it is within 5 working days. Ifast do something about your service.
Attended by Evelyn Tan when visited iFAST. Prompt service and handled my transaction in an orderly manner. Capacious boardrooms offer beautiful views of Cecil Street & Marina Bay area. Self-service coffee station with comfy chair for clients. Excellent space for a quiet conversation. Toilets available.
