We ordered the hamper and it was delivered 4 days late, causing us to miss the gifting. Called the company but was told to request refund from NTUC instead. Better not buy any gifts or hamper from this company unless you don’t mind missing the gifting date.
The service was really great, even though my order was very late, they were still able to deliver the hamper on time and even earlier. Greatly appreciated:)
