Waiting time is more than 2 hours at least. Slowest bank in the world.
Before going I was bit down by the comments below by others, so I was not expecting good service attitude and proficiency. However, I was amazed by the guard who had helped me and prepared me with everything and got me all set. Then I was pleasantly surprised when the teller served me promptly and efficiently. Overall, the service was much better than what I expected.
Coming for the last time to close my account with this bank. The service has always been disappointing and slow. I have waited for more than 2 hours each time I visited. It's ridiculous how slow they are. Definitely not recommending this bank to anyone.
The waiting time at this bank is unbearable. I have never seen a bank so slow in my life. It takes at least 2 hours to get anything done. It's frustrating and a waste of time. I would avoid this bank at all costs.
