Extremely disappointed with the food quality at Hua Tin. The lack of standards at this supposedly renowned restaurant is appalling. Ordered in advance the Longevity Buns takeaway for my mother’s birthday …
Really enjoy the dim sum, worth every calories count. Ordered mainly the signature dim sum and all taste great with quality ingredients. Missed out pics of steam bird’s nest dumpling soup and noodle in XO sauce.
3 of us were extremely thirsty after eating. Had the set meal. Food not the same as the Hua Ting we knew previously. Service was good however, and staff were polite.
