Dr Baldev is excellent. Thorough and very matter of fact. Staff in the clinic another matter - lacking in speed and efficiency. In fact, they will turn away patients seeking apptmt, saying be prepared for long waits for us to dispense medicines during crowded hours. 10 mins to see the doc and 45 mins for the medicines!!
Brought my mum to see Dr Ong for her heart symptoms, Dr Ong was professional and patient in answering our worries from the initial consultation to the follow up visits. Definitely someone I will go to for heart problems. Clinic staff were helpful too.
Dr. Ong is good but the office is poorly staffed. The staff mistakenly told me to come in for blood work on a day when the lab was closed. Also, 40 min. waits are typical.
