Signed up for a zoom workout session but they didn’t send the link to the email. When raised it up, staff insisted that I could have attended the session via the handphone. My handphone is just of a normal size and I’m expected to follow and do the workout by looking at my handphone.
I happened to buy the AAA sambal tom yum instant paste, which bear the HPB label. The bottle is properly sealed , with expiry date 12/7/2024. But the paste smell of plastic only, without any fresh Tom yum smell. And don't taste like tom yum at all...Doubtful ???? …

The wait time for my appointment was very long. I had to wait for more than an hour before I was seen by a doctor. The reservation process was also not very efficient.
The ambiance and decor of the public health department were quite old-fashioned and dull. It could use some updating and renovations to make it more inviting.
The initial impression and atmosphere of the public health department were not great. The waiting area was crowded and chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed.
Overall, my experience at the public health department was not the best. The customer service was lacking, and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful.
