I joined the club with no multi-sports background at all but the club was very supportive and made my transition into multi-sports much more enjoyable and smooth. Having an inclusive team to train with has really helped me to push myself beyond my limits.
I have personally train and work with coach Eugene and Coach Bryce for the past 1.5 years. And I must say, I have lose 25kg along the way, while enjoying a tailored training process towards my first triathlon race. That gave me more confidence to improve and inch closer to my Ironman races in the future. #LFG
