I was attended by Chloe, very helpful and friendly. She even took down one of the samples for me to try on foot as I'm thinking of choosing it as a floor tile. She patiently checked for me the pricing of the tiles too. Yuki is also very knowledgable in countertops. Overall a pleasant experience for my first walk-in to the showroom.
