I am extremely disappointed with Greenlots Charging Station. Their customer service is abysmal. I reached out to them through email and received no response. When I called their operations, I was greeted by low labor staff who took my details and assured me that Greenlots SG would contact me. But I never received any calls or emails regarding my EV charger issue. This level of poor service is unacceptable. It's even more frustrating knowing that they are owned by Shell. I expected better.
