One of the worst copier provider - the after sales service is the WORST - talked bad about customer, don't reply to whatsapp, you name they have it. Only the technical service guy is good. Even the copier that was delivered on day 1 is 300% over-rated copier. Very bad experience dealing with them. Never choose them for any copier deals.
Extremely poor after sales service. They do not respond to any form of communication, including calls, emails, and messages. The technical service guy is decent, but the overall experience with this company has been terrible. I do not recommend them for any copier repair needs.
