The museum is not big but it has quite a number of Interactive activities suitable for children as well as adults. It's fun place. We spent almost half a day in the museum.

I had a disappointing experience at Future World. The ticketing process was frustrating, as we had purchased online tickets but still had to stand in a long queue. The communication and organization could be improved. However, once inside, the interactive activities were enjoyable. The museum is small but has a good variety of exhibits and artworks. It's a fun place to spend a few hours. Overall, the experience was average.

The facilities and amenities were well-maintained and convenient. The quality of the products/services, in this case, the artworks, was exceptional. The customer service and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The wait time and reservations were efficient, with no excessive waiting or difficulties in booking tickets. I would highly recommend visiting the Future World exhibition at the ArtScience Museum.
