I tried to get there by public transport. The nearest bus station is around 3km from the gate. The road is generally deserted so you can walk. However, there is no walking pavement so you need to walk on the road. You can take Sgd 5 day bus pass. The timing can be found at the park web site.

There is no public or taxi transport there. You can use shuttle bus from Kranji MRT and visit all the attractions nearby per just $5 per person per a day. See the schedule below.

I had a mixed experience at the Kranji Marshes Nature Preserve. While the marshes themselves were beautiful and peaceful, I found the lack of public transportation options to be inconvenient. The shuttle bus from Kranji MRT was a good option, but it would have been better if there were more frequent buses. Additionally, I encountered a few mosquitoes despite using repellent. Overall, it's a lovely place but could be more accessible.
