This outlet is conveniently located at the basement of Lot 1. Decent amount of products at this NTUC outlet, you can get almost all your daily necessities here such as fruits, vegetables, poultry, cooking needs, drinks and wines and so on. But if you are looking for specialty products, it is advisable to go to a bigger outlet.

This fairprice outlet has faulty shopping trolleys which almost caused an injury to someone who was in front of me at the travelator. The first trolley that I took this morning had a wheel that was broken, making it unpushable. So i changed it again and the new trolley had one wheel that was imbalanced, making the whole thing wobble in all direction. For elderly people or children, I think this is quite dangerous!! Not sure what the management is doing to upkeep the safety of equipment.

It's a neighbourhood mall, straight out of CCK MRT. It has all the necessity stores along with a food court on the highest floor and basement.
