one rule or even basic service, tell the customer if its gonna be a long wait of around 30 minutes… I can’t possibly be playing a game of when is my food ready. at least inform me? 30 minutes is a lot especially when i turn up to a fast food restaurant expecting to get fast service food. just doesn’t make sense to me.
