The brochures given did not state any price, so they can set their own pricing. Fail to explain fine prints and hidden costs.
The staff at F & A Aluminium Works Hardware store were not helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers.
The quality of the aluminium products they sell is subpar. I had to make multiple trips to the store to get replacements for defective items.
The store had a cramped and messy atmosphere. It was difficult to navigate and find the items I needed.
The store lacked proper facilities and amenities for customers. There were no restrooms or water coolers available.
