Chanced upon Knocknock when we visited All the furniture shops at Tan Boon Liat and wanted to support local businesses (even convincing my disbelieving wife otherwise) by customizing a sofa with them. In the end, really regretted making the purchase with them. The customer service was terrible and they were unresponsive to our inquiries. The quality of the sofa was also subpar and started showing signs of wear and tear within a few months. Would not recommend.
