Despite the lack of space within, staff members tried to solve most enquiries while we were in the queue, before we reached the counter. Great service, especially Shomya ( not sure if I had spelling right).
I rushed down because the staff at the Kovan branch told me I could open an account there. I managed to arrive before closing time, but I had to wait in the queue for half an hour without any staff approaching me to ask about my purpose for opening an account. It was frustrating and a waste of time.
