Due for key collection but the staff in charge has been unresponsive. Other new owners are facing similar issue.
Does not reply to emails/follow-up on straightforward matters in the condominium unless queried by the volunteers in the Management Council. Very disappointing that residents have to tolerate the inefficient and unprofessional personnels working in the condo.
