Went down to enquire regarding withdrawing 6k over the counter in $100 as the machine only allows me to dispense $50 (over 120 notes)/$100. I was not able to select to only withdraw $100 notes through the machine. The Indian lady in red who served was very frowning through out the conversation, keep telling me to take $50 notes. No explanation. I then ask whether do they have APPLE PAY. I am shock she did not know what is Apple Pay, after asking long enough, she finally knows what is Apple Pay and asked which bank I am from. I was dumbstruck by the poor product knowledge and attitude of the staff. Totally disappointed. No wonder DBS still not forgetting their No.1 position even after launching MoneySmart a while back. Farewell soon.

DBS bank should consider training their staff in customer service, logic and professionalism. I can easily say that this is the worst bank that I have ever encountered as far as the staff's behavior is concerned. By their sheer attitude...

1-changed from POSB to DBS 2-change US $ to SGD$$ and some small changes is considered a professional bank and customer service bank or not? Wait and see.
Optical reading machine keeps rejecting money but accepts $2.50 crumpled note. Dispenses only notes and not coins. Heard from others too. It's fast and not that bad overall.
