Bee Hoon Soto. Opening only 3 days a week, I knew I had to come and get a taste of this elusive Bee Hoon Soto. And I'm glad I did, the broth taste as good as it looks from the picture though they do not have the elevated version of having the chicken shreds in a drumstick, that would have sealed the deal for me.

Popular mee rebus and soto. Opens only Fri, Sat & Sunday. Long queue.

I ordered a Bee Hoon solo. Soup is very flavouring - thick chicken broth with nice spice and nutty taste. Bee hoon is cooked to perfect texture - not too soft nor hard and they don't clump together. Chicken meat - tender and fresh. I won't say it is the best BUT it is definitely one of the top bests.

I wish they had the option to add chicken shreds in a drumstick to the Bee Hoon Soto. But overall, it's still delicious.
