They accommodated my request even though it was a small quantity and required some adjustments to alignment that I couldn't do myself. I sent in my job request via email initially but didn't receive any response, so I decided to go down to their office in person. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped me with the print job on the spot. I'm grateful for their excellent service.

I had a disappointing experience with Copylab's sales lady Michelle. She initially told me that I needed to order a minimum of 4 boxes for free delivery, so I included the delivery charge in my purchase order. However, I later found out that the actual minimum quantity for free delivery is 6 boxes, not 4 as Michelle had initially said. This lack of communication and consistency is frustrating.
