This is due to the major lack of communication from the k2 teacher and not updating the parent based on my personal experience. She uses her own classroom strategies towards the student without informing or sharing with the parents. I have already highlighted about this to their mgmt. I am dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Everyday when we pick up our child he is like from an aircon room, freezing. I get why their uniform is long sleeves and pants.

But Tina from Yo-Yo Yishun was one of the teachers there and she had been patient and loving towards my boy. After about 2 months, I can see that my boy had started to be more excited going Yo-Yo Yishun every morning, happy to see his Teachers and friends, and he had also started to eat independently without any problems! He also started to have good friends who look out for each other in the class! Staffs are caring and understanding and listen to issues raised and feedback accordingly.
My son attended First Steps Preschool at Yishun for a few months and we were not happy with our experience there. The teachers were not very attentive and responsive to my son's needs and there were also issues with hygiene. The facilities were not well-maintained and the food provided was not nutritious. Overall, it was not a good fit for my child.
