Had pretty bad experience with this shop, not once but twice. First was a couple of years back when the cake we bought from the shop was mouldy, the 2nd experience just happened last weekend when I thought we could give the bakery a 2nd chance and bought a loaf of bread when we got home, the bread was already expiring in 2 days time!
I have seen this shop around for over 20 years and possibly longer. It has been revamped numerous times so as the faces. That gives me the impression that they are constantly changing to improve their practices. However, their products and service have not changed much over the years. The cakes are passable but nothing to rave about. The bread and pastries are mediocre. The service is average, nothing exceptional. It's a convenient place to go to if you need to grab a quick bite or buy a last-minute cake, but definitely not a place to go if you're looking for quality baked goods.
