Poor management of staff schedule and not honest in customer relations. Booked 9 days in advance for the same staff (to save hassle of re-training and re-familiarisation). Manager said ok. 2 days prior to the scheduled cleaning, he sent me a message saying that the staff I requested was not available and he had scheduled another staff. When I questioned him about it, he just said that he forgot about my request. This is very unprofessional and disappointing.

The staff from this house cleaning service did a great job cleaning my apartment. They paid attention to detail and made sure every corner was spotless. I would definitely hire them again.

I was disappointed with the service from this house cleaning company. The staff arrived late and didn't do a thorough job cleaning. They also left some areas untouched. Not worth the money.
