Great school with ample outdoor space and area for children to play and explore. Curriculum is structured so it's a good balance of learn and play. Teachers are knowledgeable and caring. Overall, highly recommended!
My children have been in this school since PG for both my 1st & 2nd ones & have graduated. Now my 3rd one is here :) I thought it will be awesome for me to share my experience & my children's experience here. Their preschool years had been great here - I firmly believe playing is very important during the growth of a child and they have plenty of it here! At the same time, they have always made sure the kids are being prepared for N1 & N2 years as well. Teachers are experienced. All 3 of my kids adapted well & love this school so much!
No accountability at this school. My LO had bloody lip injuries not once, twice but thrice in 2.5 months under mysterious circumstances at this school and the N1 teachers, principal and centre manager claimed no one had seen anything and couldn't tell us what happened. Terrible response. No concern. My LO is too young to tell us what really happened and they only brushed us off with an 'accident' that mysteriously remained unseen and undocumented on their cameras and by their teachers. Terrible terrible terrible. I can't repeat enough!
I researched extensively for my daughter's first preschool, and I'm so glad I found Cambridge Preschool @ Yio Chu Kang. The campus is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of outdoor space for kids to run and explore. The curriculum is structured but also allows for play and creativity. The teachers are caring and experienced, and my daughter has thrived in this environment. Highly recommend!
