There's no exchange rates on display to the customers. I'll think the rates are good given the queue, but honestly I'm not sure just how much better it can be compared to other money-changers.

Saw the bad reviews but still went for it due to the Vicinity. Long queue on a Sat afternoon but moved pretty efficiently. 30mins of waiting until we reached our turn at the payment counter. Once payment made, was shifted to the collection counter. Staff helped to count and make sure the amount was right, their job well done, definitely not the Staff or the lady Boes. The exchange rate was amongst the higher ones. Finally decided to ppt to changing USD1,000 (exact sum) their exchange rates very attractive
