Challenging path for beginners like me... luckily experience hikers tied pink and yellow ribbon on trees... Adventures journey to the top... Jiayoh, you also can do it to find the Torri Singapore

Turn on your phone GPS and you should not get lost. If there isn't a clear trail, look around again. There could be one not too far away. Better than bashing through the vegetation.

Both Hillside Park 1 and 2 are essential climate control mechanism which are highly beneficial to the health of residents within a 1km radius from its location. We must protect Hill 2 from being exploited by HDB (which it did to Hill 1). Hill 2 actually lowers the ambient temperature by up to 3 deg C across the Bukit Batok Polyclinic.

The path was challenging but with the help of the pink and yellow ribbons tied by experienced hikers, it was easier to navigate. The journey to the top was adventurous and I felt a sense of achievement when I reached the Torri Singapore. I would recommend using GPS to avoid getting lost and to look for alternative trails if the current one is not clear.

Hillside Park 1 and 2 are important for maintaining the climate in the area. They provide a cooling effect and help lower the ambient temperature by up to 3 degrees Celsius around the Bukit Batok Polyclinic. It is crucial to protect Hill 2 from being exploited like Hill 1 was by HDB.

I enjoyed the challenging path at Bukit Batok Hillside Park. It was exciting to find the Torri Singapore at the top. The trail was marked with pink and yellow ribbons, which made it easier to follow. Using GPS is recommended to avoid getting lost. Overall, a great adventure!
