I received Whatsapp message from Bluport to collect parcel. I tried scan QR code given but failed. I manually key in blucode but still failed. "SORRY, YOUR BLUCODE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE WORKING. WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY AGAIN?". And now i cannoy collect my parcel. What a disaster service.
