Not recommended this car rental service in Australia! This is the worst car rental service company I had ever experienced! The staff at Sydney airport is very very bad. Her name is Roseanne. She was very rude and unprofessional. The car we rented was dirty and had a bad smell. We had to wait for a long time to pick up the car and the whole process was very disorganized. I will never rent from this company again!
