Took really long time to start service even though there's appointment time given. Waited 30 min before they started. Altogether, I had to spend more than 2 hours at the salon. …
The treatment is good. However, please train your staffs to be more gentle when washing client’s hair. The lady literally scrubbed my scalp with her nail. This happened both in Clementi branch and Bedok branch. The only reason that prevents me from visiting more often is because I worry the rough scrubbing will may my hair fall more
Nice experience and friendly staffs .. been here for few years .. love their herbal treatment .. good service too..thank you to Li Juan, Soo Huey, Freya, Jin Jin and Joyce .. definitely will recommend my friends here ☺️
