We had a chat with one of their sales rep over WhatsApp. We asked if we could visit their office at a particular time so that we could discuss details and see the cars in person. The rep said 'ok', so logically we took it that was ok for us to come at that time. We traveled all the way to their office but when we arrived the office was closed. Their sales rep didn't inform us or try to make sure we were aware that the office closes at a certain time. We wasted our time and resources. Very disappointed.
