Been to this clinic since 10 years ago. Doctor Lai is like our family doctor. She is very patience and understanding. However, the front-desk lady has an attitude. Most of the time, she gets on our nerves too. They should have change a …
Visited Dr Lai a few times, she is a patient and sincere doctor who will patiently discuss and address my issue on my medical situation ( unlike some GP will advised based on $ direction). Highly recommended clinic.
tbh this clinic is rather okay, docs are good too but their closing timing rly cmi. as stated on Google and from the opening hours list they paste outside their clinic, it states that clinic closes at 9pm, and registration closes 30 mins before closing. However, the receptionist may not accept registration at the stated timing, even if you're there before the closure. there was once at 825pm when i tried to register, and i was told that registration closes 30 mins before that is, at 730pm. should have some flexibility imo.It is unfair to patients who come slightly late because of traffic/transport, and the attention will not be given equally. The receptionist did not give a reason and just kind of ignored an old man with a sick leg who said he had been waiting to see doc since 730pm, just said, “but we are already closed”.
