Engaged them for disposal service after seeing their ad on carousell. Horrible horrible service. Expected a truck but came a van. Agreed to lay protection paper in the lift and house - none, until I saw them scratch the lift and I told them to stop. The man in charge didn't even have basic courtesy to apologise. They're simply careless and unprofessional.
