Lousy principal who allow their teachers to mismanaged
My girl is currently studying at BRMC Little Lights Kindergarten at Barker Road. We love the school as parents and my girl loves it as a student. The teachers are caring, firm and inspiring. Administration is professional with good customer service. The facilities and amenities are also well-maintained. Overall, it has been a positive experience for us.
Went for a school tour twice. Stark difference! First was in 2019 and although there seemed to be a mix up of tour timings, a teacher very graciously brought us around and the kids were all smiling and happily singing, waving hi to the visitors. She spoke very highly of the school and it felt like a warm and nurturing environment. We decided to take a second tour in 2020 and it was a completely different experience. The teacher was cold and uninterested, and the kids seemed bored and disinterested. I understand that times are tough with the pandemic, but there was a lack of effort to create a welcoming and engaging environment. I'm not sure if I would choose this kindergarten for my child based on this experience.
Lousy principal who allows their teachers to mismanage. There is a lack of control and discipline in the school. My child has had negative experiences with the teachers and I would not recommend this kindergarten to other parents.
