August Berg is one of my best watches that I have because is timeless beautiful classics design and using good quality sapphire glass because I have a few hard knock and the glass still keeping in good condition, I will highly recommend the watch to who is looking for a quality watch and reasonable prices watches.
Absolutely poor customer service and poor quality. Watch stopped working 2 times in less than 6 months. Sent an email 3 times …
Worst brand experience ever. Made online purchase on 29 Apr for 2 watches as a gift for an important occasion. Delivery on 8 May and package arrived with only 1 watch. Contacted customer service and they promised to send the missing watch but till today still no news from them. Tried contacting them multiple times but no response. Terrible experience and would not recommend this brand.
