The furniture in this shop is amazing; however, the customer service is anything but. It is downright terrible and inconsiderate. I had gone in to the shop and picked out a few pieces that I liked. I called the next day asking if they had them in stock and the person on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I was disappointed with the customer service at Artful House Furniture store. The staff was not helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. However, the furniture selection is impressive and the quality is good.
