I've never been a gym rat and only started personal training recently as I've noticed that with age, it's become more difficult to play the sports I love (tennis and basketball) without proper conditioning. I was introduced to my PT Herzy and he's been absolutely amazing. He's really patient and understands my goals. He pushes me to challenge myself while making sure I don't overdo it and get injured. I've definitely seen improvements in my strength and endurance since I started training. Highly recommend him!
