Absolutley terrble, nobody picks up the phone. They sent me a letter threatening my credit score for not paying a bill but they had already cashed my cheque sent to them. They continued sending the letter when it has already been paid. No telephone number on the letter . IHH you better send me a letter of apology.

This is very surprising, no mail id in the web site, contact form filled now 5 days, call no reply, this is how you will treat????
