This place offers pretty good rates, and is quite conveniently situated on top of Hougang MRT. So if you need to change money last minute, do swing by to check it out!
Newly open Money Exchange. Their rate looks good. Another place to change money if Wang Money Exchange (beside Cheers and Thousand Deli) is not available.
