Non existent customer service once you have made a purchase. Battery degraded within 1 year, wheels clogged up and needed to buy a replacement but consumable(s) to longer in production.
Brought my vacuum cleaner to the service centre as the battery had degraded, within warranty. Service was prompt and efficient, and I was on my way with a replacement battery quickly. Good service.
