Had the gastronomic menu and it was delightful. 7 dishes starting with truffle cigar which was fun. The clear soup was divine. Fried grouper with edible scales and Spanish pork char siew style was amazing. After a cherry tomato cleanser we had wagyu beef teppanyaki which was tender and full of flavor. Finally, the dessert platter was a perfect sweet ending. The presentation and taste of each dish was top-notch. The service was excellent as well. Highly recommend trying the gastronomic menu at Peach Blossoms!
