Very sad to say this is a very poorly run agency. Lulu the travel agent booked tickets for my family and her idea of booking is just picking the correct flight. Nevermind that we have an infant who is less than 2 years old, who was not even provided a meal. On our subsequent flight, we had to inform the airline ourselves to prepare a baby meal for our child. When we raised this matter with Lulu, her immediate response was defensive, implying that it was our fault for not informing her in advance. This is the type of service we got from a supposedly professional travel agency. Total disappointment.
